In a bowl, mix minced pork, eggs, string beans, carrots, corn starch, and spring onion. Mix thoroughly and season it with salt and pepper.
In a frying pan, heat cooking oil. Scoop the mixture and make a kind of patty or a pancake shape. Adjust heat to low. Flip and fry until fully cooked. Repeat the same process.
Notes
Make sure the heat is not high or else it will burn.
Cover it with the lid to make sure it is fully cooked.
Add chicken powder a little bit.
Soak string beans in salt water. Wash and drain properly.
Dip with other condiments you prefer.
Best served while still hot. Good for steamed rice or fried rice.
