Creamy Garlic Chicken Cauliflower Spaghetti
Learn how to make this easy, quick, and creamy spaghetti pasta that I think you would like and enjoy! It’s also perfect by itself but I decided to add proteins which are the chicken breast and cauliflower vegetable.

- 200 g chicken breast, cut
- 6 cloves garlic sliced thinly
- 200 g handful of spaghetti
- 6 florets cauliflower, blanched
- 1 cup fresh milk or full cream milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 dash dried parsley or dried oregano (optional)
Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions (I used spaghetti).
In a saucepan, put 2 tbsps olive oil, saute garlic and chicken breast. Set aside.
In the same pan, add butter and 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour. Mix until fully coated together and formed into a dough.
Add milk, simmer, and keep stirring constantly until got a thickened mixture. Add cooked chicken, pasta, and cauliflower.
Mix together until the sauce is coated well. Season and taste with salt and pepper. Dash of dried parsley or dried oregano. Best served while it's hot.
Cooking Tips
- Follow the time cooking of your pasta seen in the package. Do not overcook.
- Can add mushroom, and chili flakes for a spicy taste, chives, truffle, and cheese if it is available in your kitchen or your preference.
- Add broth or water if it is necessary.
- A dash of parmesan cheese will be good as well.
- Can use all-purpose cream if you don't have fresh milk.
