Heat wok or frying pan with cooking oil.
Put beaten eggs and scrambled thru half-way cooked. Remove and put in a separate plate.
Add a little bit of oil, stir-fry shrimp, and set aside. Put chopped onion, and add cooked rice, chopped carrots, beans, and cabbage.
Mix thoroughly, and add cooked shrimp, spring onion, cabbage, and seasoning. Keep stirring until all is done.
