Tips
Wash and clean the shrimp properly. Take out the head and keep it for your soup base in your future cooking.
Peel the skin and carefully pick out the black or green vein that runs along the back and discard it or use a knife to cut half-thru and easily removed the vein.
Make sure your wok or pan is hot enough to avoid sticking to the bottom. Use a non-stick pan instead.
You can also add curry powder or turmeric powder for additional aroma.
You can have fresh ripped mango or fresh pineapple chunks.
