- 1 tsp Ginisa mix/chicken powder (optional)
- 1 tsp corn starch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Procedures:
- In a stir-fry pan, heat the oil. Saute garlic until fragrant and onion become translucent.
- Add mushrooms and stir-fry for two minutes.
- Add seasoning, mix it thoroughly and simmer until fully cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Best served while it’s hot.

- You can sprinkle with cut scallions.
- Add meat like pork, chicken, beef or shrimp.
- Do not overcook your mushroom.
- Do not soak mushrooms for a long period. In a large bowl fill with water and toss them for a minute until the dirt settles to the bottom or simply place mushrooms in a colander and spray them in running water until the dirt washes away.
