Chicken Wings with Herbs


  • 4 pieces chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp Italian Herbs and Spices seasonongs
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 cups of cooking oil


1. Wash and clean chicken wings. Rinse thoroughly.

2. Put chicken wings in Ziploc bag or any container and add all the seasonings except cooking oil. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

3. Next day, immerse chicken wings in boiling oil, deep fry then till crispy and done. Remove and drain, soak up excess fats and dish up.
