A healthy alternative to deep fried chicken meal is through grilled or roasted method. Roasting helps take off fat as it drips off during cooking.
Ingredients:
- 400g chicken wings
- 1 cup of cooking oil
Seasonings:
- 1 Tbsp ginger juice
- 20g lemon grass powder mix
Cooking Method:
- Rinse and dry chicken wings and stir in seasonings. Leave them to marinate at least 30 min.
- Immerse chicken wings in boiling oil, deep fry then till crispy and done. Remove and drain, soak up excess fats and dish up.
