Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. 14 oz. boneless lean sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 white onion ( cut into cubes)
butter
salt
sugar
oil
Seasonings:
Pepper sauce ( Available in any Supermarket) (Japanese Pepper sauce is highly recommended).
Cooking Method:
1. To prepare marinade, in medium bowl, combine sugar, oil, salt and pepper sauce. Add beef cubes; toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes.
2. Suatee cubes white onion with butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
3. Increase heat to medium-high. Add marinated beef cubes ; turning both side. Add a little bit of sauce from the marinade ; panbroil to desired doneness, 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve hot.
